Help identifying

in Plants

Hello.
I have found this one my land but I have no idea what it is and I cannot locate it online. I have only seen this one by itself so far.
There was another leaf but I pulled it off to show my friend to see if he knew what it was but he had no idea either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you for your reply.
It seems that it is called a Hart's tongue fern from the link to the guide you sent.
Looks like a Hart's tongue fern - I love them and have several types.

Lol. Thank you very much for your help all.
It seems also that there could of been a building where this has grown from.
Me and my partner live on what used to be the old Tile Factory and Brick Maker but it closed down at the start of WW2 and so we are constantly finding new and interesting things
Maybe I could get it to grow in other places too...... also I rescued a walnut tree by the top of my lake that we came across during our time cleaning and landscaping the land.
The vines around it were as thick as my leg in some places and the poor tree was having it's life leeched from it.
There were about 100 walnuts though from the parts of the tree that were still fighting to stay alive.
Hopefully it will come back stronger now.
The tree itself could be 100 years old plus though.....
Oh wow how interesting !who knows what else will pop up
A friend on our allotment had a walnut tree seedling pop up in her compost heap didn't realise till a neighbouring allotment holder id'd it for her
I hope the tree pulls through.
We were totally unaware we even had one.
