I think one is some sort of Hebe, don't know the second I agree with the third Celosia.
I think No 1 is a pink Veronica - Scrophulariaceae.
Can't see 2 clearly

After a bit of googling I definitely agree that no1 is Veronica - thank you!
I'll post a better picture of no2 tonight - it smells like lemon grass and I think it might be waxflower!
