To post a picture on here you need to click on the green tree icon on the toolbar above where you type your post and follow the instructions.  Afraid it doesn't work for iphones ... yet image

Alternatively, upload the pic to one of the photo-hosting sites and post a link image

no need for sorry Elaine, we're happy to help.

    Devon.
  • Elainesey - just tried typing in your link from above and all I got was an unresolved web name error. Could be of course that I typed it in wrong, although I did check my input after the error message was displayed. Could you try again please.....although I make no claims regarding a possible ID!

  • Dovefromabove - I note that in one of your earlier posts you mention a Tree Icon. I can't seem to find that on my screen. Could you point me to where it is please? I am running Vista on a HP laptop if that is relevant, but nor am I seeing it on my Advent desktop running XP. I have had a quick shufti on the help menu, but that doesn't help either!image

  • It's on the toolbar which appears above the box you type in- circled in red in the screengrab below:

If you don't see the toolbar, go into your settings (click your name, top right of the screen), select My settings then scroll down to Forum settings and make sure Advanced Editor is selected as in the picture below:

  • Thanks for the info Bob - Looking closer at the toolbar I can see what appears to be a tree (second from right) but it is at a very low indication and when I hover over it I don't get the pointy finger indicator thingy that I would normally expect. I will now go onto the Settings and see if I can change things there.

Thanks again and watch this space!
