Cooker repair man found mouse piddle.....can mouse piddle really smell so bad?? It's worse than nettle feed, and that's saying something!

He didn't find a mouse carcas though and he was very thorough.

He cleaned the area of piddle.... but I can still smell that now too familiar honk! It's not as bad, but I can still sniff it.

I'm resorting to putting everything on full blast to try and burn it away.

    Mouse pie anyone??

  • Hadn't thought about bats hanging inside your boots ???? Something else to worry about now!

Had a bat in the bedroom once. Husband woke up in the middle of the night for a call of nature to find it flying round and round in circles over the bed - like a scene from the Adams family. I woke up to find him running around in his underpants trying to get it to go out the window. Have you ever tried to catch a bat? Fast little buggers! Never a dull moment in our house image

Yes, Diblin... We've had a little bat in the house here too. I agree they are really fast. We closed all internal doors and opened the front door and he shot out as quick as can be. We thought it was a moth at first and tried catching it with a butterfly net without success. image

Put my wellies on last Autumn to take the dog out.  Felt that there was something in the toe but not enough for me to take them off in the middle of a field.  Got home to find a huge (but squashed) spider in there! (bleurgh)
