Hydranger leaf spot

Earlier this spring I planted out a Hydranger (Schloss Wackerbath !) and while the plant seems very healthy (the leaves are a really luscious green) I've noticed some spots on the leaves. The spots are small amd circular - no bigger than my little finger nail. Does anybody know what these are, and what, if anything, I should do about them. Thanks everybody.
