    Hi all

i have used comfrey since I started my allotment as it was growing abundant and I had many friends who came to collect it. Time passed and I have it growing under my conditions now but it is a wonderful feed for your toms, cucumber, beetroot , courgettes etc but not brassicas. I used to keep it in a big barrel but now I use 4pint plastic milk cartons.

stuff comfrey leaves in fill with water a month later feed ready. I feed weekly as the fruit starts so always have plenty ready to use. The payback is amazing.

one small problem comfrey when rotted down as a feed is stinking so You will have to get used to the smell happy gardening
