Irises
Hi
I have some irises in a container (they're not bearded) and they are happy and healthy. They've survived the last few winters without being lifted, by just covering the soil in a couple inches of bark chips and popping a fleece cover over the pot. I just wondered if they should have their greenery cut right back before winter, or just left as is? Thanks

if the greenery doesn't die off naturally , then just leave it.
can you post a photo and someone might be able to ID it for you?
Click on the little tree and follow instructions.
Most iris are fully hardy and don't need a fleece cover
