Black bugs on campion

My self-seeded campion are covered in tiny black bugs, clustered around the flowerbuds. They look a bit like thunderflies, but are probably a bit larger. What are they? Are they trouble? And, if so, how can I get rid of them organically?

Thank you!

Do you need to get rid of them. Mostly these things have their moment and then they've gone. Let nature be.
