Gloriosa Expert Needed

I bought a vey ambitious plant at Chelsea Flower Show - Its an 8 year old Gloriosa.

4 days later this plant does not look happy - leaves dropping, flowers falling off.

The vines are really long and seem to be doubled up on themselves at the bottom. Not sure if this is a problem ( but this is how it was when I got the show).

Maybe diving home has unsettled the plant ? Change of environment ?

Has anyone got any ideas on how I can perk up my plant?
