Blossom trees for large pots to create a screen

Hi all

I was hoping to get some advice on the purchase of a fast growing deciduous blossom tree to be grown in a large containter.

I was thinking of a tree that has to be at 12-15ft when grown, is fast growing, is possibly like a flowering cherry, will be happy in a large pot/containter, will be happy in the South East of England.

I want a couple to screen the bottom of my garden from a house at the end of my garden,

Hi H at the moment Wilcos are doing lots of good deals, such as jap maple s for ??6 and people on here have vouched for Wilcos many times, this might sound strange but at the moment iv got a willow in a tub its a cracker and in a couple of years or so i,ll plant it out in a local spot that iv been told by the owner is ok, this Willow took only 10 days to root in a milk bottle and cost nothing, just an idea,

    good luck H Alan4711

If the tree is fast-growing it may not stop at 12 - 15 ft and it will look most unbalanced in a pot at that height.
