clematis or jasmine

image

I planted two climbers together namely clematis and jasmine which gave a nice display of flowers this year. They are both three years old and this year for the first time one of them has produced red berries and i'd like to know which plant it is and whether the berries are poisonous.

Thanks in advance for any help
