Not sure what this is

Good evening everyone, does anyone know what this plant is?

its a shrub with small serrated leaves and has small red flowers that are a bit bell like?

I know the picture isn't the best but i've got my fingers crossed!

    Looks to my tired old eyes like an escallonia. Someone with stronger specs'll be able to tell you which one.

    thanks plant pauper! a quick google and it looks like Escallonia rubra....'Crimson Fire' although I am sure there are several cultivars of a similar colour.
