Good evening everyone, does anyone know what this plant is?

its a shrub with small serrated leaves and has small red flowers that are a bit bell like?

I know the picture isn't the best but i've got my fingers crossed!

  • Looks to my tired old eyes like an escallonia. Someone with stronger specs'll be able to tell you which one.
