tiny caterpillars demolishing my border - help!

hi all,
My borders are being demolished by hundreds of tiny green caterpillars that eat and live underneath my flower heads and leaves. Theyve ruined my honeysuckle and devoured most of my black eyed susans. is there an organic spray or something i canuse to get rid of them?
help!
