Pickled Runner Bean Recipe

Last week Rachel De Thame. on Gardeners World programme tasted the Runner Bean /Pickled..Cider Vinegar etc recipe, please can someone give it to me please

Thank you all of you, I actually have managed to make them from the programme and they said Juniper Berries 1 tblspoon, they don't mention the J Berries in this version, however I shall still use them in this repeated session, I lost the recipe !
Then my hiusband said we had more beans I could pickle, and the panic set in ! Thanks everyone !!

My Mum used to salt beans (would have been in the 1950s). I can remember jars of them lined up on a shelf in the pantry. They tasted lovely when we ate them in the winter.

Perhaps..the salt Beans wouldn't be such a good idea nowadays ?

Crab Apple Jelly, and Pickled Runner Beans...
VC , may sound daft but what goes with crab apple jelly ?
Used crab apples in wine , long time ago , seem to recall a bit tart tasting

By the way Crab Apple Jelly is delicious with cold Chicken and cold meat..
