  • Thanks so much everyone. Sorry - I promise no upside down pics if avoidable in future. Kerria certainly looks likely. I have no access to a better  pic as this was sent to me.

    Berberis, as everyone says, and this is a pic of a kerria japonica so you can see what it's like.

    I gave you this one earlier on! At 13.37 - if it is in fact kerria

    Indded, the picture was a little unclear for my old eyes, but I still reckon it is kerria!!
