I got a very tiny hoe from a car boot sale; in fact I've had several good buys from the same stall holder over the years. But my hoe is not angled, though it does work well.
Big Ed - I was out with my friends tonight and mentioned your message and they think that Home Sense is the same as tkmax so I will try them on Thursday to see if they have any narrow hoes in stock - thanks for mentioning it again.
Success - Home Sense (same as tkmax) had one in stock and I have bought it at only £6.99 (it says on the label RRP £19.99). The handle is a wee bitty short but that can be rectified. Can't wait now to try it out.
I can't thank you enough I am so pleased. Such lovely helpful folks on this forum.
For anyone who is handy, an angle grinder fitted with a metal cutting disc means you can tailor a larger one to your exact needs. Just throwing that in as an alternative.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Bumped up as other people were looking too.

Did anyone find a narrow Hoe (2 inches or less)? I have been searching 5 years or more.
I use a small pointing trowel - but it's a hands and knees job.
Have you looked at the Wolf multi-head too range? They have an "aerator" just 3.5cms wide that may suit your purposes - https://www.wolfgarten-tools.co.uk/multi-change-tools-main/multi-change-tools-inner/multi-change-aerator-3.5cm
or this which is nearer 3" but I find good to use on both short and long handles - https://www.wolfgarten-tools.co.uk/multi-change-tools-main/multi-change-tools-inner/multi-change-small-cultiweeder-7cm
or this double headed dooberry at 5cm/2" wide - https://www.wolfgarten-tools.co.uk/multi-change-tools-main/multi-change-tools-inner/multi-change-double-hoe-5cm
Then all you need is a short handle for close work and a long one for standing. Bingo!
The multi weEder is my tool of choice although I use it with the short handle.
