My cardinalis seem to be growing very slowly I have grown them from seeds and while all my other plants are quite large my cardinalis seem to be growing very slowly. I am just wandering if anyone else has grown them from seed.
I didn't grow it from seed but once, a long time ago, I had a beauty I bought from a garden centre - it lasted less than a week once the slugs and snails had done their worst

I don't know what your other seeds are cairnsie but perennials are very slow developers compared to annuals.

most of my other seeds are perenials and have been fine but the cardinalis is very small i hope it speeds up growing.
If it looks healthy it will get there eventually. Some of my perennials are tiny.
