Camelia

My camelia did not flower this year and the leaves are yellow green.  I am feeding it, but to no avail.  Any ideas what the problem is?

    Hi Rosebud

there was a questionnaire about this a couple of weeks ago - I have just bumped it up to the top of the forum so you can easily find it and have a read!

i remember because I am having similar problems, even though we are on acid soilimage

The yellowing leaves sound like it's suffering from lime chlorosis. Even if it's planted in acid soil/compost it will still need an ericaceous feed, especially if it's in a pot.

Lack of flowers, can be due to lack of water (again especially if it's in a pot), overfeeding - too comfortable, or underfeeding. I always give mine a feed in Spring and again in Autumn. Wherever possible the ones in pots I water with rain water
