Cats

Can anyone out there help me with a way of stopping the neighbours cats using my garden as a giant litter tray ?  Not only is it disgusting when weeding to find all this excrement but they are digging up small plants that are just getting established. HELP

    Google info on a water scarecrow.   It's a system with sensors that squirts passing cats, foxes and herons so can be used to portect gardens and ponds.   You need to be careful to set it where the postie won't get sprayed and also to move the sensors regularly so the cats don't work out where they are and evade them.

    Buy an electronic cat scarer or two or more.   Works wonders in my garden.  The cat next door comes over the fence and then jumps straight beck to its own garden.  My grandchildren can hear the cat scarer but I can't.  Brilliant invention.   I have a small garden with a shed with mains electricity so that is cheaper than using batteries, but either way this works for us

    Spray the beds with Jeyes Fluid diluted in a bit of water, they hate it!

    I followed the advice of several posters (soaking teabags in Jeyes fluid and burying the little parcels about an inch deep where the moggy 'goes'). Seems to be working here!

    Try citrus, half grapefruits or oranges, hubby says try soaking the cat in jeyes fluid...oh now he says bury it to warn off other cats...(joking really, catlovers) image
