The first one is a campanula. Not sure which variety though. Loads of different types available for the garden and very easy to grow. There are also white and pink campanulas.
The second one is a corn flower, Centaurea. They too are very easy to grow and usually seed themselves all over the garden. There are pink varieties as well.
Not sure about the third one, but the last one is a tuberous begonia. They are not hardy, and usually grown from tubers you buy in spring. They come in various colours and also different types of flowers.

Verbena bonariensis is easily grown from seed sown in spring.
