just seen all the great bulbs,made me think of the grape hyacinth when we lived in the UK bought hundreds of grape hyacinth, now we live in Aragon Spain,where the olives and almonds grow ,every spring we have thousands, they just come up through the hardest clay you can imagine ,must have planted mine i too soft earth,have a great time planting your bulbs best time of the year.

finding the right time is my problem , I found my spring bulbs all came up far too early this year so some of the frost did do a lot of damage so it s shall I or shall I not and wait a little longer

bought lots of bulbs to sell in our village, but not very successful,the Spanish love plants but not spring bulbs,the knew off them,but not realy on how to grow.
i had a lovely show of rancullus all the colours just hope they got though the hot weather ,the ground can get very hot even 6ins down,will be planting more this year.
