Onions getting seed heads on

Hi, we are growing onions in our garden which have been doing very well, but they are starting to get seed heads on them - should I remove them? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, remove the flower heads and make sure you use those onions first when you harvest them, as they will not keep.
