The seed heads of Phtyolaca americana is what it reminds me of.

Eucomis was my first thought too Hosta
Certainly looks like Eucomis to me as well Hosta
it's the little pineapple like tuft on top which led me to eucomis

Seems very tall for Eucomis, Ours are only about 18 inches maximum when in seed like that. But, yes it well could be that.
