If you have a problem with pollen falling everywhere in the house, try protecting the petals with a paper ring and spray the pollen with hair spray. Doesn't seem to effect the perfume of the lilies but up to press keeps the petals clean.

Can I please add that any part of the lily is fatal to cats if eaten!
I always cut them off right from the start, some cats can die from brushing past the pollen and licking their fur..
is that any type of lily or are they all deadly for cats ?
