Cucumber plants

Hi all, I wonder if you can help me?  I have grown outdoor cucumber plants from seed on a bedroom windowsill, they have been potted on, but the leaves look like they are drying out in places, anyone know what could be causing this, and will my plants be ok once planted outside or should I plant some more seeds now to be on the safe side?

    I decided to throw the plants away and sow some more seed!!  These are already through so hopefully I will have a good crop this year!!
