If bought loose there will be a notice on display; if in a packet, it will say.

Are you growing them from seeds? I tried them and not one saw it through the winter.

I planted 'sets'  last October. Had a really good crop but they really don't store well. Good luck.

  • hi i planted mine in october and they did good however they do not last long. i usually end up chopping up and freezing them before they spoil.

if you have not got the room to plant they yet set them off in module trays for a few weeks and they will root and plant easier to stop the birds pulling them up

    happy gardening
