Have I got a new variety of daffodil in my garden the outer petals are white and normal but the inner trumpet is flat against the outer petals can you advise or give the variety name

What colour is the trumpet?
Have to say there are hundreds of different daffodils. Look on the web, or better still visit a National Collection. Take a good picture then you can continue your research after the bloom has disappeared.
