Is it ok to put something like pansies for winter colour into pots that have spring bulbs in but are bare at the moment.
Also trying to put up some pics for Id and when I click on tree, then computer nothing comes up???

I would think its ok as the pansies will be over by the time the bulbs are due to appear.
What device are you using to upload the pics as some won't allow you to do it.
Just worked it out now, think I'm tired! Thank you, is there anything else that would give colour in winter.
Chrysanthemums and some Asters and dogwood (the stems are coloured)
Primroses and primulas flower practically all year round.
Those small winter cyclamen ? Not sure if they will keep going through the deep mid-winter though ?
