Growing cucumbers in the greenhouse

I have got cucumbers growing in the greenhouse, this is my first year growing in a greenhouse.
Why are some of the cucumbers turning yellow? Size wise they are between 9 - 12 inch in length and average size in diameter.

They turn yellow when they're over-ripe - you're leaving them too long on the plant. Pick them and use them.
