Sweetpeas - shall I divide up my plugs?

I have had some sweet pea plugs devivered and each 1in x 1in pot has 3,4 or 5 stems in it. Each plant has 3/4 sets of leaves and they are quite root bound.

Should I divide up the individual plants at all or are they ok like this?
