Container grown Fruit tree - Novice

Hi

I am just starting and planning my new greenhouse land would like to grow a small fruit tree preferably a type of peach or nectarine.

I don't want it to take up too much space but I am looking for a good harvest.

It will be kept in a cool greenhouse in the North West

Also I would like something that would give me fruit next year, rather than wait the years that seems to apply to most online variety

Any recomendations?
