Unidentified trailing/climbing plant
Has anyone got any idea what this plant is,taken from a cutting in July from my sisters garden it has grown a treat. It is a very green glossy leaved plant that flowers with little pink flowers.my mother grew it in her garden as ground cover for years due to it being so versetile,it seemed to stay over winter and grow in all sites although the drier the site the yellower the leaves were, she said it was a type of ice plant and had come from Spain sadly we wasn't really interested in plants or gardens then so never questioned her further or found out it's real name before she died, hopefully someone can tell me what it is now that I am very interested.
Thanks in advance

I haven't a clue Loupen, though others here may know
It's Ok I have found it,after googled the just remembered ice plant I can now see it is the heart leaf ice plant,an Australian weed no wonder it grows so quickly! now to decide whether to keep or not! Very pretty shame to get rid of it,didn't do my mothers garden any harm except keep out weeds.
