Hi
We recently bought turf fro quality garden supplies and it is infested with leather jackets, we have contacted them by e-mail and have phoned they were so rude and basically said tough and swore at my pregnant daughter could you advise how to resolve the problem.

These look like a well known company so not a fly by night crowd so my advice would to take to twitter I haven't ever used twitter to make a complaint before but I hear that it is a powerful tool if you feel let down by a company.
