  • why will no one answer the question how to store potatoes? We've lifted our last ones and don't know what to do - help!!!!!
  • My husband and I planted potatoes as usual this year and once harvested they looked very good, (no scabs) nice and round. But when cooked they broke out of their skins quickly, were very powdery and dry and lacked that sweet flavor of new potatoes. They also did not flower. We had a pretty severe drought this summer but we did water.
  • our harvested potatoes looked lovely but when we cooked them they broke out of their skins quickly, were very powdery and dry and lack the sweet flavor of new potatoes (very disappointing) Also they did not flower. We had a pretty bad drought this year but we did water but probably not enought.
  • to store potatoes rub off dirt and leave to dry in the sun +
and store in a cool place in brown sacks or simaler to keep out the light
  • What is the best way to store potatoes over the winter?
