Hi Nkirk,your plant is Lycnis and Thirtyseven your plant is definately Salvia Hotlips. The Salvia is not totally hardy so I always take cuttings this time of year as a back up.

Bees love the flowers. The plant smells a bit like cat wee, unfortunately
NKirk I think that looks like Lychnis Coronaria.
The OP's plant is Rose Campion, Silene coronaria (used to be Lychnis).
Thirtybyseven, you would be better off starting a new thread - avoids confusion!
Thirtybyseven that could be Salvia Hotlios but not sure as I don't have that one.
