New ornamental Lawn

I'm looking to smarten up my lawn & now's the time to do it , No kids , no pets , not loking for a golf green . bowls type but just a very fine grass turf to make a nice ornamental lawn out of , ideal position , soil etc & i love cutting , feeding & keeping a nice lawn , just need pointing in the right direction for some fine turf

just wondered if anyone has any reccomendations ?

only looking for approx 15-20m2

I think turf differs from where you live, where I live its about £3 for ruby grade turf but it could be less or more where you live. You could try seeding your new lawn, cheaper and you know what's in it.
