You could try the local supermarket / home store, I bought 24 Allium purple sensation from b&m for £5 good size bulbs as well.
I am going lidl first thing in the morning when they get there stock of bulbs. There is some Allium gladiator bulbs in the lidl magazine 2 bulbs for £1.79 or two packs for £3. You be lucky to get 1 Allium gladiator bulb for £3. They got some over bulbs as well
I have just found Peter Nyssen and the bulbs are a very reasonable price and good quality, there is also a very wide range and you can buy smaller numbers too.
I'm trying to get people to use their local markets, there are often lots of bulbs on the plant stalls---usually the more popular ones -- but no harm in that, and at really good prices because they don't have big overheads. I had 'Rem's Favourite' last year and they were my best tulips and by far the cheapest.
I love Sarah Raven because she has such a carefully 'curated' range and wonderful enthusiasm but they are pricey and often the tulip bulbs have got at least one that is no good so even worse value sadly.
I wouldn't buy from Parkers again though as very variable quality although will easily replace anything if you've got a complaint.
Hope my experience is helpful.
Please use your local markets as much as possible, you would if you were in France so why not here, then they can flourish!
