Plant IDs

I dug up a sycamore sapling earlier this year and haven't yet got around to doing anything with the patch of border where it was growing. There's now a couple of plants taken up residence there; just wanted to check whether they were worth keeping before I get rid! The one with the frond-like leaves is quite close to the ground; the other is several tall plants with woody stems (sorry photo is blurry - bit breezy here today!). Thanks!
