Moving Garlic On

    I popped mine in the ground this afternoon. I have split them up, I have some in my fruit cage where the soil is good, loose and enriched with well rotted manure. I put the rest in the ground in the rest of the garden, but the clay there is quite tough and clay like so not sure how well the bulbs will form but if they're no good ill know for next year!



    Can't wait for the results now, love garlic.

    . Mine were put in in December and just left to their own devices. I am pleased to announce that all are doing really well. Will give them a liquid feed today. They are in a raised bed.

    Last year I forgot to plant them so I did put them in the fridge for a couple of weeks, what I grew were small but very strong.
