Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
Must be Black Mondo Grass Pete as mine also has violet flowers but its never looked like the one you shown.
Sadly nor has mine.....
Looks a great display, so may have a go at recreating it for next year.

Think No. 2 is Ophiopogon planiscapus - possibly the Nigrescens form, but it's not got the dark colour 'cos it's not had enough sunlight?

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Agree with Dove re 2
I don't think 1 is periwinkle
Have serious doubts re the last being Pampas grass, looks more like a juncus

Seeds sold to me as Pampas grass, to be honest i've been thinking it wasn't because of the leaves are not as wide.
It's those leaves that appear to be in threes that make me think not periwinkle Runnybeak. But the top pic has leaves in pairs and maybe it is Vinca minor

Pampas grass has quite rough, flat leaves and your plants look too smooth.
Yep i agree, deffo juncus rush.
That's a plant that often turns up when growing things Voyagerxp. It likes the watering programme
