White spider on blackcurrant
in Fruit & veg
I saw a white spider on my blackcurrant bush just now. It looks like this:

I've never in my life seen a white spider before. Anyone know if it poses a problem for my blackcurrant?

If this is misumena vatia no worries. They're not vegetarians. Generally spiders aren't a problem. Spider mites, which aren't spiders are a different matter.
I think these change colour like frogs and some other animals
In the sticks near Peterborough
Thanks, that's what I thought but good to get a second opinion.
