I cleared the area and have planted lamiums, poppies, ladies's mantle and sown wild flower seeds - we'll wait and see what happens image I 'll dig up some periwinkle and pop it in too.

Hi Jarob 24 I love the idea of a living bamboo wig wam. How do you do that and can I start one this time of the year ?

  • In this Atlantic Trampolines blog article we give some ideas of plants that should grow and prosper under a trampoline http://www.atlantictrampolines.co.uk/blog/1921/gardeners-question-time-what-to-plant-under-a-trampoline

  • The answer is WILD GARLIC. Grows very easily under our trampoline (even with poor sunlight), spreads quickly and has lots of culinary used.

AGREED - I would dig it out and sink it in, especially if its a long term fixture. Im sure the neighbours would appreciate it too and its less of a distance to fall!

@joannahoyle and @sgoscombe this thread is nearly 8 years old so its doubtful if the trampoline is still there!

Also true @joannahoyle but as you say wild garlic spreads quickly and wont conveniently stop inside the trampoline.
If they had planted it their garden will be full of it by now.
Just pointing this out for other trampoline owners.
