Of course there is the tree, Prunus Amanogowa, I have planted it in every garden I have had. I love its tall slender shape and lovely pale pink blooms and as it matures it is great tith the added interest of clematis viticela growing up it. Unfortunately the one I have planted here is a pathetic specimen at the moment, but eventually will plant Clem. Etoile Rose up it, that is if it comes to anything in the next year or 2.
I sent a post which isn't there now, perhaps I forgot submit reply.
I just wanted to say I have a Bowl of Beauty and I love it and I love it's name as well.
Pruning was a good one from Verdun. I forgot it doesn't have to be just plants. So what about "potting up" or "potting on". Or just pottering about in the garden!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
