Can I put flour into my compost?

    Hi Maureen, yes but mix it in well othewise it may take a long time to rot down.  Large amounts may attract vermin too, so I wouldn't add more than a pound or so in one go.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
