Not even if you'dlike to image

  • I have learnt never to wind up your neighbor as legal arguments are costly and no one wins..ever. On to the subject I  had the same problem so I had to be wary..fences and border disputes..well you don't need them.

I had panels to replace, overgrown neighbors trees and bushes were going to make it hard.. solution.

I contacted a fence manufacturer and they came round to measure up. I asked for a quote and they obliged..it was cheaper than diy stores and no humping fences around..

They came down, took the old fences away, replaced the concrete gravel board, fitted the new panels.. and went.. my neighbour had the option of looking at the new fence and walking away or suing the fence company for leaving me with a huge smile on my face...they fitted the fences not me...by the way the job was more cost effective than doing it all myself and the fence quality was far superior.

  • By the way I now have a problem with open plan front garden ..neighbor has now taken ownership of the tree in the border.....painful..no dispute needed ..resolved to rid myself of the tree..by stealth and by the use of a drill and some jeyes fluid..get rid of disputes by getting rid of the subject of the dispute...his loss..he loves arguments..my gain..more daylight into the living room..sorry if it's off topic..but bad neighbors ruin lives....

  • If it's his tree, poisoning it is an offence by you.
