Mystery shrub

I moved in to a new house last summer and there is a shrub in my garden and I'm not sure what it is. Can anyone help please? Once I find out, I will then need to know how to prune it to ensure I get the best from it.
It has a nice shiny green leaf and little pink flowers which grow on the end of new shoots.
