No problems.
I've a Patio Salix Kilmarnock, a lot smaller version then the one's usually seen planted out in the garden. Had it in the same pot for at least five years, keep meaning to pot it up but never seem to get round to it. Keep it well fed during the growing season and put a mulch around the top of the pot each year.
