Amelanchier Robin Hill 22L tree
I planted the above tree about January. It is not straight and some of the leaves are spotted. I attach photos. What should I do, if anything?

I'd certainly suggest you release it from that post and let it take its own shape, pruning if need be.
It looks like it's being strangled in a corset.
I have released the ties as suggested. However, they seemed necessary to prevent rocking in the wind and were looser than the photo suggested. I attach a photo of the tree when it was planted in January.
You say prune if 'need be'. I have not been sure about pruning. Lots of small branches are crossing and one or two of the bigger ones. What would you advise? Shall I wait and see?
Any ideas about the leaves?
I thought I had already replied and pardon me if this reply is repeated. Thank you very much, Tetley for your advice and encouragement.
I think the tree is planted deeply enough.
