Unidentified Pest

Hi, I have a unidentified pest problem on my Pieris shrub, I have discovered on the under side of the dark green leaves strange lines of powdery white substance. the plant is perfectly healthy. Can anyone shed any ideas please.

It looks to me like one of the scale insects and their white waxy egg masses https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=224
The plant may look healthy now but inless got rid of the scale insects will suck the sap from it and weaken it.

I'm wondering if it's either vine weevil or lacebug grubs.
Both like to dine out on pieris

Many thanks for your replies, if it is lacebug grubs eggs how do I get rid of them before they hatch.
