How beautiful - it looks a little like Agastache mexicana 'Sangria', Mexican Giant Hyssop, but I'm not sure that's it...or maybe a Lobelia puberula, Purple Dewdrop Lobelia, but the leaves don't match with that. Maybe if you take a look at these two they might lead you somewhere?
